Brittainny Jones is a Project Integration, Senior Associate LRE in Dallas, where she brings clarity and alignment to complex renewable energy projects from Final Investment Decision through Commercial Operation. She brings 20 years of Air Force experience to that work, including senior roles supporting general officers and program leadership on large-scale transformation efforts. She holds an Executive MBA from Howard University and is completing her Ed.D. in Organizational Psychology. Beyond her day-to-day role, she stays active in community leadership through WRISE, the Texas Women's Foundation, Girls on the Run DFW, and the American Clean Power EmpowHER Advisory Committee, and she coaches youth NFL Flag football. She is also a proud single mother raising a daughter she is determined to send into the world just as confident and independent as she is.
