Prior to joining BrightNight, Aditi led Talent Acquisition at Clearway Energy, where she built and scaled the recruiting function, implemented foundational hiring systems and processes, and championed initiatives that strengthened leadership capabilities, increased workforce diversity, and improved hiring outcomes.
