Maguette Fall is the Founder and Principal of AmpHorizon LLC, a certified minority- and women-owned advisory firm specializing in grid interconnection strategy, transmission infrastructure delivery, and power procurement. She brings over 15 years of energy sector experience, uniquely spanning both utility-owner and clean-energy developer perspectives across grid infrastructure and offshore wind.
Prior to launching AmpHorizon, Maguette spent nearly a decade in transmission delivery at Public Service Electric & Gas, later leading offshore wind interconnection strategy at EDF Renewables and Atlantic Shores. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Transmission Sector Lead at Turner & Townsend, heading the North American Transmission practice and advising utilities, developers, and hyperscalers on complex large-load integration.
Maguette holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from INPG Grenoble (France) and an Executive MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a two-time honoree of the New Jersey ROI Influencers Energy & Utilities list.
