Frances Cook is the Vice President of Procurement at Clearway Energy Group and leads the owner-furnished equipment, EPC, and operations procurement organization for Clearway’s pipeline of wind, solar, battery storage, and natural gas projects. With over a decade of experience in renewable energy procurement and asset management, Frances has built and led high-performing teams, developed procurement strategies across multiple energy sectors, oversaw the transition of energy project portfolio acquisitions, and advanced international procurement and supply chain strategies. She has been a member of WRISE since 2016 and currently serves as the Chair of the Trade Committee of ACP. Frances is based in Denver, CO and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
