Since joining Invenergy in 2015, Katelyn Reynolds has spearheaded a wide range of initiatives aimed at advancing blade reliability across the company’s wind portfolio. Her leadership has included qualifying third‑party blade contractors, developing in‑house repair capabilities, establishing and implementing comprehensive quality control programs, and guiding pilot projects for blade add‑on technologies and Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS).

In 2022, Katelyn built and later expanded Invenergy’s blade engineering team and in 2025, assumed management of the drivetrain engineering function, broadening her oversight across multiple core major component reliability disciplines. In her current role as Senior Manager of Operations Engineering, she leads a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts specializing in blades, pitch bearings, gearboxes, main bearings, yaw, CMS, generators, and foundations. Her organization is focused on reliability and analytics, with a mission to drive total cost of ownership reduction and long‑term performance optimization across Invenergy’s operational fleet.
