Ann Collier is a Research Director at the Smart Electric Power Alliance. She supports the energy policy, regulatory, and industry community with research, convenings, and educational tools to navigate energy transitions including load growth and grid modernization. She leads SEPA’s work on the Database of Emerging Large Load Tariffs, a joint product of SEPA and the NC Clean Energy Technology Center. Before SEPA, she led energy efficiency and electrification program research at a boutique energy consultancy and conducted environmental economics research for a federal agency contractor.
