Kayla Schultz, CPA, is an assurance Partner with CohnReznick based in the firm’s San Diego office. She serves public and private companies across industries, with deep specialization in renewable energy and clean technology. Known for her technical depth and hands-on approach, Kayla helps clients address complex business combinations and asset acquisitions, investment accounting and consolidation, hypothetical liquidation at book value modeling, revenue recognition, financing transactions, and leasing arrangements.
Kayla brings significant experience working with sponsors and corporate investors across residential, commercial and industrial, and utility-scale renewable energy projects. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Kayla is active in industry education and thought leadership. She has led numerous internal and external trainings and panel discussions. Kayla is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA and serves as a Board Member and Executive Committee Member of Cleantech San Diego.
