Kacey Weis is a Program Director at Zelestra, a global renewable energy company, where she provides strategic leadership and drives execution for utility-scale solar projects. She leads cross-functional teams from late-stage development through commercial operations while managing budget, schedule, and risk.

With 17 years in renewable energy and environmental industry, Kacey brings deep expertise in NERC compliance, regulatory policy, and operational reliability. Before joining Zelestra, she was Senior Manager of NERC Operations at RWE Clean Energy, supporting wind, solar, and battery storage assets. There, she led audit readiness and regulatory engagements, developed internal compliance programs and processes, and translated complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for diverse stakeholders.

Kacey holds advanced degrees in environmental science, renewable energy technology, and international business, along with a PMP certification. Outside of work, she competes in roller derby and trains in boxing, pursuits that reinforce the focus, discipline, and resilience she brings to her professional leadership.
