With 17 years in renewable energy and environmental industry, Kacey brings deep expertise in NERC compliance, regulatory policy, and operational reliability. Before joining Zelestra, she was Senior Manager of NERC Operations at RWE Clean Energy, supporting wind, solar, and battery storage assets. There, she led audit readiness and regulatory engagements, developed internal compliance programs and processes, and translated complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for diverse stakeholders.
