Denise Tait serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Arevon. Tait is a financial expert and energy
industry veteran, with a 30-year legacy of success in managing billions of dollars of assets, executing financial transactions, and leading
teams.

Tait joined Arevon as CIO in 2024 to lead the company’s Project Finance and Investment divisions. Tait manages Arevon’s multi-billion-dollar
financing activities on an annual basis, while advancing the company’s portfolio of solar, energy storage, and solar-plus-storage projects.

Prior to joining Arevon, Tait served for more than five years as Co-President for Starwood Infrastructure Finance, a leading real estate and
infrastructure finance company, where she managed more than $2.5 billion of assets and led the origination, underwriting, and portfolio
management teams.
