Maya Kelty is VP of Policy and Market Development at Generate Capital. Her work focuses on expanding power solutions for large load customers in a grid-constrained environment. Maya has more than a decade of experience in energy and climate policy, building markets that support the infrastructure transition. Previously, she led 3Degrees’ global regulatory affairs team, working to shape energy and climate markets and advising corporate customers on procurement and investment strategies to advance their clean energy goals. She later advised climate tech startups on policy and market entry strategies for deploying new technologies.
