Mallory is Chief Strategy Officer at Westwood, a 2,000-person design and engineering firm serving power and infrastructure. She spent fifteen years building the renewable energy business into one of the firm's largest business units, now ranked ENR top 10 in wind, solar, and energy storage. Mallory went on to lead Westwood's entry into data centers and digital infrastructure, which draws on the firm's full range of expertise across land development, infrastructure, power delivery, and generation. A WRISE member since 2009, Mallory has co-chaired the Leadership Forum multiple times and currently serves on the board of the Twin Cities Chapter.
