With more than 20 years in executive Human Resources and people leadership roles across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, including Mars, Inc. and TC Energy, Heather brings a pragmatic, business-first lens to culture and talent strategy. She is a sought-after thought partner and speaker on leadership, organizational culture, dispute resolution, and the evolving role of AI in HR.
