Kristy Drutman otherwise known as "Brown Girl Green" is a tech founder, entrepreneur, and speaker at the forefront of climate innovation and communications. As the Co-Founder of Green Jobs Board, a climate tech startup, Kristy is building the infrastructure to close the equity and inclusion gap in the green economy by connecting diverse talent to environmental careers through curated resources, community, and direct pathways into the field.
