Tetyana Rabczak brings 20 years of U.S. and European experience across utility oversight, grid planning, market design, clean tech finance and electrification. She currently serves as the VP Legal & Regulatory at the NextGen Energy Partners, a startup helping municipalities build their own resilient microgrids. Tetyana also serves as the VP Legal and Regulatory at The Accelerate Group, advising state and local government, including in Illinois, Louisiana and California, in designing and implementing energy and resilience programs. Tetyana also co-teaches a Clean Energy Law class as an Adjunct Professor at the Northwestern University Law School. Tetyana has served 6 years at the Illinois state government, as a Legal Advisor to the Chairs of the Illinois Commerce Commission and the Illinois Pollution Control Board, advising state regulators on rate design, interconnection, emissions reduction, grid planning and investment oversight as well as FERC, PJM and MISO matters.
