Vanessa is the Director of Renewable Development, leading NEI’s multi-disciplinary team. The team comprises Electrical- and Civil-focused Renewable Development Engineers involved in HV, PV, BESS, and Wind development-stage projects. Development-stage projects include support for entering the interconnection queue, up to 30% of the design level. Vanessa understands the varying levels of detail required at this stage for all our clients and is here to bridge that gap! Development projects often have fast-paced schedules and must progress with varying design assumptions, with client and project goals in the forefront. Vanessa is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive accurate, high-quality deliverables while embracing the unique nature of development.

Vanessa is a Civil Engineer by trade and comes from a land development background. She brings her experience and natural intuition to all her team’s projects.
