Arshiya Chime is Director of Technology at Clearway Energy Group, where she leads energy technology and operations cost strategy. Her work ranges from technology evaluation and procurement for powering large-scale AI infrastructure to O&M cost strategy and O&M contracting for utility-scale renewable assets. With more than a decade of energy industry experience, she has led multidisciplinary teams and strategic initiatives across wind, solar, battery storage, natural gas generation, clean hydrogen, and emerging technologies. Her experience spans project development, operations, technical advisory, due diligence, and asset performance. Arshiya is a WRISE Seattle Chapter Leader and an active mentor and advocate for women in energy and technical leadership.
