Her work has helped make Google’s data centers the cleanest and most efficient industrial fleet in the world and develop the company’s initiatives to lower barriers to an equitable clean energy transition. She navigates the complex landscape of grid modernization to support sustainable digital infrastructure. Sydney champions innovative distributed capacity, fostering collaborative frameworks that transform data centers into flexible resources within a resilient power ecosystem. Before joining Google, Sydney worked at at Deloitte Consulting, leading site selection and location strategy for multi-billion dollar manufacturing projects. She holds a dual B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Kansas State University.
