Regina is ISEA's Policy Director, and she leads legislative and regulatory activities. She has a background in policy research and advocacy. At the Center for Sustainable Energy, Regina analyzed the impact of programs supporting adoption of electric vehicles and clean energy on behalf of several state agencies. At Invenergy, she advocated for expansion of renewable energy and battery storage development across the Midwest. Regina conducted vehicle-to-grid and energy policy research at the University of Delaware, where she received her Master's in Marine Policy. She holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Science from the University of Notre Dame. Regina serves on the Mentoring Committee for Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy. Regina is excited to join ISEA and support Illinois communities create energy opportunities.
