We have a variety of roles available, including:

• Registration Assistant: Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as checking-in registrants, answering basic information regarding the conference, and directing attendees.
• Room Monitor: Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event, display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, and run the microphone for Q&A sessions.
• Photo Booth Attendant: Monitor the photo booth and encourage attendees/groups to use the photo booth and props, and assist with taking the photos. This role will be best for an enthusiastic volunteer who can encourage groups to participate.
• Reception Greeter: Welcome attendees as they arrive at the reception and help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Assist with directing guests to key areas, answering basic questions about the event, and assisting with registration when appropriate.

As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will receive:

• $326.70 Full Conference Ticket: Volunteers will receive a $326.70 full conference ticket in exchange for a 4-5 hour shift.
